Like most Ace hardware stores this place is a dependable and helpful hardware store! I'm never disappointed when I go to Ace, they almost always have that obscure piece or thing needed to finish a project, staffed by friendly and helpful people.
This Ace has a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their Stihl products are well stocked, and the service department is usually quick with the turnaround.
I prefer shopping at Ace, True Value and smaller hardware stores over the too big Home Depot or Lowe's. I got some beautiful plants, very well priced. I hear the Argonne Ace location has a larger indoor plant area.
Excellent store, staff and product line. Everything corporate greed pigs wish they were. Service is amazing and staff know their products. A family ran local chain store serving the community.
Rebecca lost my buisness today of over 10yr. I was in the vally Ace store yesterday purchased meat rub nothing said to me about my back pack that I take with me to use as a bag to carry the items I purchased from your store. Today I went in for sprinkler parts and carring the same backpack Rebecca rudely tells me after I seek her out and asked her for help She replied with "I will help you but first I need to put my bag upfront". I ASKED FOR HER HELP TO Assist in my purchase, LIKE IM GUNNA SHOPLIFT WITH AN EMPLOYEE HELPING ME. Uh- NO about my purse and her awful approach LOST MY BUISNESS AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I hope Rebecca is worth my thousands of dollars spent and thousands more lost! Not to mention my extended family. I went to Liberty lake ACE no problem with my backpack and spent over 100bucks on my sprinkler parts and happy to go back!

I have been shopping for a suitable wheel barrow and this store had one in my price range and light enough for my needs. Greeted and treated well as per the knowledgeable staff.
Really nice store with really friendly employees. Great selection, and the only place to have what my uncle was looking for. I would highly recommend checking it out, I know I'll be back.
